Hello everyone, my name is Sapna Sharma, and I'm excited to be your yoga trainer. I've been practicing yoga for 5 years, and it has truly transformed my life. My journey with yoga began as a way to find balance and inner peace, and it quickly became a passion that I love sharing with others.

I have done basic and advance level of yoga teacher training course from Rishikesh and I am specialized in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. My approach to yoga is all about creating a safe,
supportive, and positive environment where everyone can grow at their own pace, regardless of their level of experience.

Yoga is not just about physical postures; it's about connecting mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re here to build strength, increase flexibility, or find some calm in your day, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
