As a teacher you cannot just throw your judgement by looking at the outside appearance of the child or by his / her behaviour. The teacher needs to go under the level of the child's understanding. Teacher needs to be patience,loving ,caring at the same time needs to be strict enough to handle the students. The classroom teaching should be attractive not boring.
