I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher trained at Mysore Mandala Yogashala, with a deep passion for traditional yoga practice and philosophy. My teaching integrates the disciplined approach of Ashtanga with a focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment.

With a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, I guide students beyond the physical practice, helping them explore the deeper aspects of yoga, including meditation, pranayama, and the spiritual essence of the tradition.
