After having completed my Masters in Economics from Christ University, Bengaluru, I forayed into personality development coaching. This was to pursue my inclination towards coaching and the belief that with guidance in the right direction, individuals through self-improvement can achieve their personal and professional goals.
In my nearly four years of experience, I have conducted sessions on confidence building, self-esteem, mind decluttering, and stress management with the underlying approach of cultivating a solution-oriented mindset. My clients have ranged from students to working professionals. The format of the sessions has been both one-to-one and group coaching and the mode, online and offline.
Questioning, listening, observation, and research are the key skills that I employ in the process of coaching. The aforementioned skills are used to ensure that the sessions cater to the particular needs of the individual and group.
To enhance my skills as a personality development coach, I have completed a course titled ‘How to conduct a learning needs analysis’. Also, in alignment with the importance of communication as a coach, I joined Toastmasters International where I was elected as the Vice President of Education at the club level.
