IdentityAs a child, my father had me enrolled in all sorts of activities. I remember thinking then, 'Oh not again'. Only now do I realise that even though at the time I had complaints, I wouldn't be the person I am today without Sports and the countless lessons they teach you.
Teamwork, Communication, Passion, Stress management, Vision, Introspection and the list goes on. Sports and exercise help us evolve into well adjusted, socially functional, content individuals.
My experiences with a variety have sports has led me to the belief that at the core of them all, there is a common source of motivation - Pride and our ability to live up to our own expectations.
I wish to use my experiences and education to better help you perform in your chosen field. My approach is Humanistic and the functionality of the counselling relationship hinges on our ability to connect and work together towards Specific, Measurable, Action oriented, Realistic and Tangible goals.
