First of all, I should appreciate you because you started thinking towards analytics could be your career option. My suggestion is, you should learning data analytics or data science so that initial phase it could be your secondary skill and still HR Recruitment could be your primary skill. Over some time, you can make data science as a first career option. Nowadays, any person could be banker, auditor, lawyer or doctor they should start data analytics as their secondary skill.
