Most training programs focus on instructional stimulus elements, that is, what you should do to be a great trainer. They rarely explain how the learner deals with these stimuli and how he internalizes these learning.
Humans have an enormous capacity for learning, a capacity genetically coded into us. Learning is an innate capability of all humans but like height or body build, it varies by individual.
Without a clear understanding of how humans learn and retrieve what is taught to them, we decrease the probability of successful learner transformation. The same content, presented differently, creates a different path on learning and retention.
I am a great story teller and can become friend to any stranger.
I can easily connect to people and can bring their emotions out of them.
