Born and brought up in Raipur, I did my schooling from Holy Hearts Educational Academy and graduated in Bachelors of Business Administration from Disha Institute of Management Studies.

I have been doing yoga since last 4 years.
I have been certified from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.
I did my foundation course in yoga science for wellness from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.
I have won multiple times in the competitions held by Ministry of Ayush.
I have also qualified the examination of Yoga Certification Board, established by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
Soon I will be certified as Yoga Wellness Instructor.

I have done a certificate course in yoga for wellness instructor from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.
And Completed my Master’s degree in Philosophy and Yoga from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.

I want to teach Yoga for prevention of illness and promotion of wellness.
I strive to promote the correct practice of Yoga leading to healthy living style.
