I am Lipsa Dash, I finished my graduation and post-graduation in the field of zoology from Odisha in the year 2022 after that I worked as a research intern in the field of ecology and I qualified for GATE-XL 2023 luckily I got the opportunity to serve as an assistant professor in the dept of zoology where I was not only teaching zoology but also EVS to the students of various disciplines, so I have an idea of how to tackle the Genz kids.

Since the beginning I have been a multitasker who is interested in exploring a lot of things, I qualified for NEET and got the opportunity to pursue dental but I didn’t feel like continuing it so I left the field completely and studied Zoology and finally moved to academics where apart from teaching my focus is to train the students in soft skills and counsel them.

Luckily When I was teaching animal behaviour I got the opportunity to teach human behaviour where I was teaching the students verbal, and non-verbal communication and the impact of hormones on human behaviour I felt that I could train the students about Emotional intelligence, goal setting, interpersonal skills, enhancing the social circle, communication skills and many more.

This is my short introduction where I am showcasing my interest in all the diverse fields in which I am well versed.
