🕉️ Brief Discription of Acharya Amala Naique

🔯Amala began her career which is required concentration and discipline as Medical Laboratory Technician in Lab Plus Assisting for 3 years Dr Babita Angle Prabhudesai, MD Pathology in all laboratory Pathological and Micrological Investigations.

🔯She is a Ethical , dynamic professional following legislation with extensive experience (of almost 10 years) in Environment, Health and safety . She understand the challenges and struggles that people at this era faces which leads to stress, Depression, Anxiety , inferiority complex in and competition corporate world.

🔯During a tenure in the Manufacturing Industry she had performed diverse roles from formulating SOPs for safety, health and Environment as per government regulations laws. Preparing EHS plan for the projects such as landfill site , Products manufacturing etc training the employee on EHS ensuring compliance with statutory provisions from Ministry of Environment , Goa Pollution Control Board and Ministry of Labour Law's. Conducting Safety Health and Environment meetings, Internal Audits of IIntegrated Management System I(SO and OHSAS) and CAG audits .
Also monitoring health safety, risk management, design strategies to reduce potential hazards with an assigned workplace area. Designing training program to promote safety, health and environment free from pollution which may effect public safety.

🔯During this tenure, Every year she was official delegate for National Health conference on occupational Safety, Health and Environment in various topics which was jointly organised by DGFASLI Mumbai Ministry of Labour and Employment government of India and Inspectorate of Factories &Boilers Government of Goa such as

🔯Amala trained as Lead Auditor by TUV india private limited in Integrated Management system (ISO &OHSAS) and Management Representative for Quality Management System in ISO and OHSAS.

🔯Amala trained as Classical Hatha Yoga from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center & Ashram in Neyyardam ,Kerala and Isha Hatha Yoga Center & Ashram in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
🔯In her last 2+years Experience of Hatha Yoga, Breathing Techniques, different types of Meditation and Mindfulness, she has understood Mastering empathetic Nature and Healing Touch

🔯In yogic tradition Karma yoga plays important role as foundation to Master yoga and it's practices
She choose to walk on the path of Karma yoga to know others through self journey.
✨She was Volunteering as karma yogi in International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center & Ashram in Neyyardam ,Kerala and Gudur, Andra Pradesh.
✨Ahe has been Volunteering in many Charitable Trust such Jan Ugahi Trust, Vikalp Trust which is for underprivileged, orphan children's and Government Schools and For this children's she has specially designed and organised Yoga workshop and fun filled activities.
✨She was Volunteering as karma yogi as yoga Instructor in TAC India Delhi NCR for TAC yoga and Mental training program.
✨She has also voluntered in Isha yoga center and Ashram in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu for 3months Learning and Practing Advanced Hatha yoga as Sadanapada 2020 team under the guidance and presence of Sadguru during lockdown.
✨ she has Organised Classical Hatha Yoga workshop on the the eve of International Yoga Day.

🌟She has completed and self practiced Advanced pranic Healing, Phychotherapy and Arhatic Yoga since 2013.
🌟She has been practicing Vipassana Meditation designed by S.N Goenka traditionasince 2013
🌟She has been also practing Raja yoga through Brahmakumaris organization.
🌟Learned Mindful Meditation from Mahabodhi Meditation Center Bangalore
🌟Amala has been awarded as "YOGA SIROMANI" Hatha Yoga by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and Ashram Nayyardam, Kerala
🌟Amala has been awarded as "YOGA ACHARYA" Hatha Yoga Techniques by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and Ashram Nayyardam, Kerala
🌟Amal has been participated in "AYURVEDA WELLNESS COURSE "in Sivananda Institute of Health Neyyar Dam Kerala.
🌟Amala has been awarded as "YOGA BHASKARA" Sadana Intensive with Hatha Yoga and breathing Techniques by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and Ashram Gudur, Andra Pradesh.
🌟Amala has been certified as YOGA WELLNESS INSTRUCTOR by The Yoga Certification Board , Ministry of AYUSH Govt Of India
🌟As a part of Sadanapada 2020 team , she has been completed and practicing Bhuta Shuddhi, Advance Hatha Yoga Practices , Shoonya Intensive Meditation from Isha Yoga Center and Ashram Coimbatore Tamil Nadu design by Sadguru.
