A session to inspire & motivate you. A session which will lead you towards a better you. The moment you start participating, you will begin to feel the change. This would be the Groundwork for you to take the plunge to dive deep into your Goals and the shoot that will push you with pace towards the set target. Anything can be accomplished and achieved once the Groundwork is complete.Â
This course is divided into 3 parts. The first being a completely Fun Based Session where you let yourself free of all worries and burdens, purely be yourself. The second part is of the Realization, where you feel your life & your goals and develop an understanding of what needs to be done and how. This too would be a Fun Based Session. It would also have a Practical Approach, i.e., more of Practice and Less Talking. The third and the final stage would be The Action Stage. This is where you will start taking actions and will take the responsibility of the same. You will also begin by developing a habit from now. It would be a '5-4-3-2-1' moment towards life.Â
