Swapnil Jagadale

I am Swapnil Jagadale, have completed post graduation (M.Tech) in Modelling and Simulation at Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DU), Pune ,India .I have graduated in Mechanical engineering, so Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat and Mass transfer and its related subjects are very interesting to me. After completion of B.Tech, I have done my internship with Optimizt Technologies and gained working experience in ANSYS packages which included Geometry Modeling & Mesh Generation. I always wanted to work with current challenging problem, that I couldnâ??t find in graduation level, but when I came to my post graduation, I found that there are lot of challenging problems in aerospace and mechanical industry, in all the areas like Computational Fluid Dynamics, Aerodynamics, Multi-disciplinary Design Analysis and Optimization. As per my interest in Computational Fluid Dynamics I chose to work in this field during my post graduation. I completed my M.Tech dissertation in design and analysis of propeller for Octocopter. In this project, design of a single propeller of the Octocopter has been carried out using CAD software. This design was simulated using commercial CFD codes as ANSYS packages.
