Sushil Kale

As far as my experience is concerned, I have gained management experience from very early stage of my life. I started working with German based organisation (Hettich) as soon as I completed my Graduation and learned various Supply chain management concepts while working with this company. I worked with Reliance Industries and currently working in Pune with an USA based MNC which has completed 100 successful years in the European, American and Asian markets. I have done my MBA (Operations Management) with the score of 3.75/4.00 GPA from Institute for Technology and Management (Sion, Mumbai). With all my professional working experience of more than 6 years, I have deep interest in teaching Statistics Management and Supply chain Management. Currently I am preparing for the Ph.D in Materials. I am very confident in passing on my knowledge to the youths who can be successfully transformed to achieve the Success in their career. I ensure that my teaching is always focused on providing fundamental Business knowledge and leadership skills. Students may focus on their studies to meet their own goals and interests through electives, research projects and opportunities. My students should enjoy one-to-one interaction with modern learning facilities. I use combination of teaching styles to engage students and encourage their participation. My teaching approach involves case studies, role playing, lectures, research projects, and interactive simulations.
