Manjoo Phadke is a founder of SkillArbor, the training entity specialising in Corporate as well as Employability Skills Training for the management students. She has built a team of top-notch trainers from various industries and functional areas to facilitate training in various organisations and at varied levels of management. She is a post graduate degree holder in Human Resource Management, and is currently pursuing her Ph. D in Strategic Management. She has trained more than 8000 people till now. She has been engaging in trainings at corporate houses such as Cipla, Markspryor technology, BOM, Mudra as well reputed educational institutes from Pune and Mumbai such as Indira Group of Institutes, Bharati Vidya Peeth, VIM, MIT, Sterling Institute of Management, Cumins Management College etc. she has also helped students achieve their dreams through mentoring and counselling at personal level. An Engineer and an MBA from Manila Institute of Management, he is Vice President with a large conglomerate. Prior to this he has worked in L and T and Thermax. He has over 20 years industry experience in managing and selling large Engineering Projects.
