I am an engineering graduate who turned out to become a successful soft skills trainer. I have pursued my master's in social work with a specialization in hr from kristu jayanti college, bangalore. I was placed with haqdarshak empowerment solutions pvt ltd, a social enterprise that works for accessibility of government schemes after completion of my master's as an associate- capacity building specialist. As part of my role, I have worked with the training and development team by delivering content as per client requirements in presentation formats and also in conducting pieces of training online as well as an offline mode for the company’s product, induction for new employees, efficiency for employees, problem-solving skills, communication skills, basic excel, etc.
I am willing to work in the training sector as part of my interest. My core strengths are-
