It takes a special kind of patience to teach middle school, and particularly Seventh and Eighth grade. Put simply—some people believe that intelligence is fixed, while others think that it’s malleable depending on effort. I identify my students who have a fixed mindset, those who see having to try as a threat to their intelligence, and build a culture that fosters a growth mindset. It is very simple after that. you get to share a bond with them and understand them more ,they like you back and get comfortable with you with their doubts. They do not hesitate to share or ask whatever they feel or have difficulty in understanding. that is the key to success. Understand each other and the Bingo!! the problems will be solved. I get the satisfaction of teaching them and they get benefited by the same. hey do well in exams, bring good marks and ultimately have a good and positive career growth

Standard 10th is the crucial year , be it students , parents or I have encountered . It is a life's turning point where you get to decide your future based on their hard work and perseverance of standard 10th students in my total 4 years of teaching experience, from different boards. one thing I basically observed is the pressure they get from their surrounding environment sating and constantly reminding about their crucial year . Be it parents, school teachers or relatives, all are way focus on the outcome than the process. I specifically note that while teaching I teach in a way where student doesn't get pressurized or doesn't feel complied of doing it but sits with freewill to learn and understand. Which in return=n benefits him/ her in acquiring necessary knowledge rather than doing it with pressure.
