Before you face asp.net questions, you should be ready for OOPS, .NET and C#. There are "N" number of questions which you might face in all these areas including ASP.NET which will be hard to mention here. I would suggest google the same question, you will get ready made set of question and answers.... ...more

Draw an architecture diagram of your project and explain how it works, how components/modules like web app, web service, DB ...etc communicates in your project and why. I would let experts to answer this but my dear friend, .Net core 1.1 is outdated. Look for .Net core 2.0 it is the future! :)

Avoid copy paste work. Understand what you are writing as a code. Read a concept before you start working on it. Work hard, practice more and you might be a good developer.

Depends on what you are exposing to client side. Try to avoid writing secret data like keys/tokens/passwords etc. at client side. Use encryption where ever needed. And most important do never trust client side validations. Always make your server final validation no matter client side validation is... ...more

Use minified javascript so that it becomes hard to read at client end. You will find so many do's and don'ts if you google it.
