As a dedicated and enthusiastic nutrition professional, I am passionate about educating and empowering individuals to make informed dietary choices for optimal health and well-being. With a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT college of Home Science, I have acquired a comprehensive understanding of nutritional principles, research methodologies, and dietary practices.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a strong foundation in nutrition science, which I am eager to share with students as a nutrition teacher. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel inspired to explore and engage with the fascinating world of nutrition. I believe in fostering critical thinking skills and empowering students to apply their knowledge to real-life situations, equipping them with the tools they need to make healthy choices and positively impact their lives.
