I have a total experience of 12 years in the field of training and development of employees. I have conducted successful training session for huge groups for different topics with consistently good feedback ratings. Personally, I believe is that while I am providing training to an individual to learn something I need to spark the light in the mind of my trainees in such a way that they love what they are learning. I concentrate more on the understanding the subject rather than just completing the course.
