As a facilitator I have done Leadership Workshops for junior and middle level management participants and assessment centres too. My exposure in this space has been across industries (FMCG, Automotive, Banking, IT/ITES, etc). With regards to my prior corporate experience I have worked with companies like Zamil Steel India Ltd, Tata BSS, RSB Global & Kohinoor Steel India.

I am self-motivated Counselor, enthusiastic Corporate Trainer and dedicated Wellness Coach. The desire to inspire and motivate people inclined me to get into the field of training. With years of experience in dealing with people from various walks of live, my area of specialization lies in synchronization of interpersonal behavioral aspects. Unlike didactic techniques, I believe in keeping my interactions such that people learn from the experience while having fun. My successful technique of experiential learning has benefited more than 10,000 people. Over the years I have imparted training to various groups of people, ranging from middle to senior management, engaged at different levels representing Multinational Banks, Information Technology - Developers and Service providers, Manufacturing Industry, Hospitality Institution, BPO's, KPO and Law Firm.
