I am an Independent HR Professional/ dancer/ runner/ personal trainer. I conduct group / individual/ online or in person trainings.

I am a certified Zumba Instructor and have taught aerobics in the past.

My accomplishments:

Did 100 miles (Mumbai to Pune Run) in the 1st week of November 2019 and also done ultra marathons. Train other enthusiatic runners from beginner level to next level.

I am a people's person and love listening and talking to them. I am very empathetic, which helps me relate to and learn from everyone around me.

I am an ultra-marathoner and a fitness enthusiast ... and going through a fantastic transformation which is a journey in itself... I always look forward to see how I can create that spark of self-care in people and encourage them to develop themselves mentally and physically.
