Mix Media Workshop:

A Mixed media artwork is an artwhich is created by combining variety of mediums in a single artwork. An artwork created by using different surface textures, sticking of different materials and then finally colouring it with variety of colour mediums such as ink, paints, and stamps to give it a complete look.

What you will learn:

1. We will be covering different techniques of mix media such as preparing the canvas with various techniques of priming, painting, stencilling, sealing, sticking materials.
2. Use of inks, Sprays, colours, chip board, metal charms, die cuts, laces, papers.
3. Understanding types of paper, sprays, and inks and finishing project.

All material will be provided by us (media kit contains):

1. Canvas board (10" x 12")
2. Glue
3. Texture paste
4. Gesso
5. Acrylic paints, colouring inks, stamps etc.
6. Sandpaper & paint sea sponge
7. All decorative products such as paper flowers, mdf chippies etc...
8. Brushes.

Your take home:  finished projects made by you.

Material to be bought by students:

1. 2 pcs of rough cloth
2. a pair of scissors
3. Apron if required.
