This course trains one to work as a professional in the field of medical transcription as a transcriptionist to begin with slowly graduating to an editor, QA, QC, etc. Home based work is nowadays the trend and trained people can work from the comforts of their home and work either as employee or independant contractor for various companies who provide such work. 

Anyone can do this course only understanding of English language should be good. People from Science or medical background though have an added advantage.

This course has 2 parts: Theory and Practical.

Under theory you will be studying Language of Medicine which cover the anatomy and physiology of all body systems. 

Under practicals you will be getting thorough voice and accent training to get acquinted with US accents and their pronounciations across various medical specialites. Also leaning typing professionally with the help of typing software provided with the course.
