Siddartha Dubey is the Founding director of the company.

Siddhartha is founder of Kognitivus and is based out of Pune, India. He has overall more than a decade of industry experience in the field of consulting and technology. In this period he has lead the team size ranging from 3 to 40 to deliver high quality and innovative Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence solutions to clients. He also led an innovation expertise center where he worked to develop the offering completely unique and highly innovative.Apart from DW – BI he has worked in extensively in the areas of people development which included delivering trainings, Recruitment, Professional development, mentoring and coaching.

Apart from work he is a trained classical musician (instrumental), an amateur astronomer, a budding film maker and an avid reader.

Siddhartha has B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT BHU- Varanasi with a first class in the year 2003
