IdentityWith a deep commitment to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, I have been teaching for the past two years, bringing a blend of passion and expertise to my sessions. My educational background includes an MSc in Yoga and specialized training through a 6-month Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTC), which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of yoga practices and methodologies.
Over the past two years, I have had the pleasure of conducting group classes in my local community, where I’ve successfully guided over 40 clients through the transformative journey of yoga. My teaching approach emphasizes both the physical and mental aspects of Ashtanga Yoga, ensuring a holistic experience for all participants.
Currently, I am expanding my reach to offer both online and offline classes, catering to individuals aged 5 years and above. Each session is designed to be interactive and practical, focusing on real-time practice and personal guidance. My sessions are typically one hour long, allowing ample time for both instruction and practice.
For those who join my classes, I provide a supportive environment where each student can progress at their own pace. I emphasize practical applications of yoga techniques, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and feedback.
Upon completion of the Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTC), I offer certification to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of my students. This certification serves as a testament to their commitment and proficiency in yoga practice.
I am dedicated to fostering a positive and enriching learning experience, whether in-person or online. My goal is to inspire and support individuals in their yoga journey, helping them achieve greater physical wellness and mental clarity.
