I am a certified yoga teacher , pursuing prenatal and therapeutic yoga . I am giving online coaching since last three months . I have a certificate of RYT 200 yoga teacher. My skills are pranayama. Breathing technique, asanas , yoganidra relaxation, prenatal yoga and therapeutic yoga. I have started teaching right after finishing my training ,all the students are very happy with my teaching method . continuing learning more about yoga.
