I have done my Masters in Yogshastra from K.J.Somaiya University, Vidyavihar, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. right now i have more than 5 years of experience in yoga.
we have registered our institute on pune location in 2018.and we are providing trainers to different different fitness club and we are taking some batches and therapy yoga for patients in our studio.
from last two years we have started a online yoga session for NRI client.
I Can teach hath yoga, ashtang yoga, Vinyasa Yoga And therapeutic yoga for patients.
