Teaching Japanese for last three years. Teaching Japanese is my passion. Teaching kids teaches you a lot. You need to be very patient with the kids and need to be interactive so that they are interested in the classroom activities and do not feel bored. You should be prepared for any random question. Also, most important is you need to change the way of teaching with every class as every student is different. Usually a class is an interactive session with various games/ listening tools/group activities/videos etc. As a teacher, you must to be approachable, so that student can feel free ask you anything, sometimes it may be even just chatting in the class, in such a case, you should be smart enough to get the studies done through the chatting. As a teacher, I have evolved as a person. Students expect lot from you. You need to fulfil their expectations.
