No not at all. You can directly learn Java. But if you have prior knowledge of C/C++ it helps.

This is based on your knowledge and luck both. In my opinion you should join a BPO in IT/ITES company and learn the testing course in parallel and then look for testing job in the same company. Since if you know the business and products of the company you can relate your testing skills in that business/domain. Many company encourage their BPO people to join the testing and development team if they have the skills.

Attend an English speaking class. See English news channels daily, at least one hour. Read English news paper daily loudly. Try to speak in front of mirror and talk your self in English.
