Group discussions are a common in hiring process or admission processes to professional courses. What we fail to understand is that a group discussion is more of an elimination process rather than a selection process. At the same time performing well in a group discussion increases the chances of selection and also creates a positive impression on the selectors.
Most of the times students are not confident to voice their opinions in a group discussion. This training will enable you to speak your opinions clearly and confidently and to stand out in the group. Practise sessions will be taken to develop the confidence and to hone your skills. these sessions will give you an opportunity to understand group dynamics and your suitable role in a group discussion.
