From an early age, my innate gift for handwriting caught the attention of those around me. Friends and family frequently entrusted me with crafting beautifully penned letters and cards. These initial encounters with the art of calligraphy ignited my passion and set me on a path of deeper exploration.

Guided by a dedicated tutor from Mumbai, my calligraphy journey has been a blend of self-study and expert mentorship. Each day, I immerse myself in the intricate world of this timeless art form, refining my skills and embracing the nuances of the craft.

Among the various calligraphy styles, I specialise in Copperplate Calligraphy. This intricate and elegant script has become my canvas for artistic expression.

My professional journey as a calligrapher has taken me to Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Applied Arts and Crafts, where I have had the privilege of sharing my expertise with students and enthusiasts alike. For the past five years, I've also been running my calligraphy studio, where I continue to create stunning pieces that blend tradition with contemporary aesthetics.

For me, calligraphy is not just a skill; it's a reflection of passion and patience. Every pen stroke is a labour of love, and each piece I create carries a selection of my heart. It's a journey that continues to evolve, and I'm excited to see where my calligraphy path will lead next.
