OVERVIEW & PURPOSES:
Music production goes beyond the ability to play an instrument. Playing an instrument is
just one of the many forms of expressing your passion and creativity with music, and not
the only way either. If you have the ear for music and a passion that pushes you to do
nothing but make music for the rest of your life, then it is time to turn it into a career.
There are so very many simple, easy, and free software and programs out there today,
that are many who people indulge in making tiny or large pieces of music. What makes
you any different from them? Being a professional is more than just knowing how to put
together a few sounds that are pleasant to hear.
COURSE OUTLINE
1. Fundamentals of sound, Includes History of sound, Basic Physics.
2. Microphones & Miking techniques.
3. Digital Technology & Signal Processing.
4. Midi, Synthesis & Sampling.
DAW: FL Studio
1. Introduction to Fl studio(Latest Version).
2. Core workflow and MIDI.
3. Arrangement and Audio.
4. Automation and Editing.
5. Organise and Export.
6. Advance Routing and tools.
7. Use of plugins and synthesizer.
MODULE-1
1. Fl studio Interface Basic.
2. The windows audio setup.
3. Testing the inputs and outputs.
4. Using external interface with Fl studio.
MODULE-2
1. Core workflow and MIDI.
2. Audio setup.
3. Connecting a keyboard and other MIDI instruments to Fl studio.
4. The channel & step step sequencer.
5. Tweaking the channels.
6. Tweaking note properties.
7. Adding plugins.
8. Recording and Editing MIDIA.
9. Using patterns.
10. The browser.
11. Installation instructions.

1. Arrangement and Audio.
2. Arranging the playlist.
3. Key shortcuts
4. The mixer.
5. Recording and editing audio.
6. Parametric EQ2.
7. Workflow Organization.
8. Mixer routing and sends.

6. Tuning kick and drum samples in Fl Studio.

ADVANCE ROUTING AND TOOLS.

MODULE-7
1. Use of autogun.
2. Use of boobass.
3. Use of harmless.
4. Use of Morphine.
5. Use of harmless.
6. Use of harmor.
7. Use of swar.
8. Use of sampler such as slicex.
9. Adding virtual effects to recording such as pitcher, neuton, Vocoder, gross beat,
patcher.
10. Third party VSTs.
Course duration: 3 months (12-14 weeks)
Class will be two days in a week, each class will consist 2 hour of theory & Practical.
Extra classes and help will be provided if student needs.
