It entails preparing oneself temperamentally for taking calculated risks ( I am not suggesting recklessness...), dealing with own anxieties and learning to get the best out of yourself and from those that you work with. Being a successful entrepreneur would require your to take a deep dive into self and figure what strengths are you going to play on to deal with what you may be lacking.
