Starts with Warm up
In middle we have Yoga/Pilates/Tabata/Pyramid workout/Walking Workout
End : Stretching and Meditation or Face Yoga
This will help you in reducing weight or inchloss. In 1 month you can easily lose 2-3kgs if all sessions are attended and some diet followed. Face yoga helps in relaxing face muscles, reducing puffy eyes, double chin and a overall facial glow. Tabta,Pyramid and Walking workout are usually high intensity workouts. Special KIDS batch available, where kids learn all the exercises and yoga poses in fun way. We play exercise games, which helps kids memorize yoga poses and interact with each other and enjoy the overall session.
