In keeping with this philosophy, Earnest HR is now establishing learning centres across India to impart vocational and professional training to those who need it most. We are proud to partner with ‘Tata Institute Of Social Sciences – School Of Vocational Education’ (TISS) and the ‘National Skill Development Corporation’ (NSDC).
Our goal is to create success stories, one at a time by making available high quality skill development programs across the length and breadth of the country. The trainings are work integrated and enable participants to develop hands on skills required for the job. There certifications will be awarded by Tata Institute Of Social Sciences ( Deemed University) as well as Sector Skill Councils of the NSDC. The courses would be one year diploma, advanced diploma as well as the bachelor’s degree (B.Voc). Short term skill enhancement courses would also be conducted based on industry needs.
