I have been immersed in personal training for the past four enriching years. My journey commenced with attaining a personal training certification from the esteemed American College of Sports Medicine. I am diligently pursuing further courses to deepen my expertise and knowledge in this dynamic field.
Beyond fitness, I am known as a national badminton player and have even conquered marathons. My ardour for training, especially in fitness related exercises, led me to embark on a remarkable self-transformation expedition in 2017. The experience was riveting and transformative, igniting a profound interest in helping others achieve their fitness aspirations.
Having taught over 70 students, my role as a personal trainer has been nothing short of fulfilling. My expertise extends to a diverse clientele, including the general population and urban dwellers seeking remarkable transformations. While I predominantly offer offline classes, I am also well-equipped to provide online sessions for those who prefer such flexibility. My training approach encompasses group sessions and one-on-one coaching tailored to individuals over 14-15. As we begin, I extend warm greetings and engage in light conversation about the day ahead. The workout regimen I design is heavily influenced by each client's beginner or advanced status, ensuring a custom-tailored experience.
I emphasise the significance of proper form, technique, and injury prevention in every session. Each routine concludes with a rejuvenating stretching routine, encompassing the muscles we've targeted during the workout. I always like to conclude our time together with a daily tip and assign homework to guide clients on caloric intake and exercises. I share informative videos on muscle groups and nutrients and maintain notes for reference. My training philosophy is rooted in progressively overloading exercises, adapting targets based on each client's unique needs. I infuse an element of enjoyment into our sessions, often accompanied by motivating music to keep spirits high.
