I am trained as a Personality Trainer & Assessor by the the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), (DRDO) and I have had the privilege to be in officers selection panel for four years where I was involved in the selection of potential candidates for the grant of commission as Gazetted Class-I Officers in the Indian Armed Forces.
Later I had worked as a Principal Investigator in a DIPR, (DRDO) research work titled “Perception Management of Candidates for Improved Selection” as part of which I have proposed two concepts to orient candidates in their SSB Interview preparation:
(a) The Armed Forces Officers' Selection Orientation Programme (AFOSOP), and
(b) Assisted Introspection (AI).
