I'm a certified expert coach with a coaching experience of over 1k + clients. My own self coaching/bodybuilding experience has been for over 10+ years. I used to be an overweight person myself, but with the right scientific nutrition and exercise regime, I completely transformed myself. My learnings during my own transformation has led me to create systems and distill it into replicable processes that has helped clients achieve significant results. I truly believe that health & fitness should be sustainable and imbibed as a lifelong skill rather than just a quick fix. Hence, I priorities educating clients with the scientific knowledge and technical know-hows through my coaching. My areas of expertise are weight loss, muscle gain, and general health & well being. I personalize the plans using a flexible strategy. 70-80% of the foods are mostly comprised of the foods you typically eat on a daily basis. The exercises can be done at home or in the gym. This makes the routine more sustainable and fun in the long run.
