Born of Martial Arts.
The art, applying through which technique, we can protect ourselves known as Martial Arts. The martial arts was born in the time of Ramayan, Mahabharat and Goutam Buddha. When Goutam Buddha sent his students to many countries and places for teaching Budhism to the people, they had to cross many jungle and they face wild animal and some wicked people. That's why they had to stop for a while. Then Bhuddha teach his students a technical art so that they can protect themselves from the wicked people as well as wild animals. Many of wise people and expert's in this field (Martial Arts) says that those days the Kung-Fu born. Kung-Fu, Tae-kwon-Do, Karate, Kick Boxing, Muay-Thai, Tang Soo-Do some of the Martial Arts.
