Hello, Ms. Arundhati has a track record of successful teaching and has been teaching children of age groups 6 to 10 years for more than a decade. Becoming a teacher was an inspiration by my father. He was an ideal teacher and I grew up seeing him teaching. Arundhati has been serving happily and proudly in this field for 15+ years as she believes that teaching is a profession that creates all other professions. Her journey was quite progressive as she has taught more than 1000 students so far. She has worked with learners coming from different backgrounds which made her capable of facing challenges and making the best citizens of the future. She is equipped with experience from SSC, CBSE, and IGCSE school and currently working with an IB school. Ms. Arundhati also was a member of a core team of Holistic learning and development in the previous school. She used to conduct holistic sessions to teach various life skills to the learners to fulfill the objective of their development as a whole. This developed a holistic approach to her teaching. Ms. Arundhati has attended seminars and webinars which helped her with various strategies and techniques to be implemented in her teaching to make it more effective. She took the responsibility of planning the lessons and executing them in the class making it more student-centered. She believes in collaboration and open communication with students, colleagues, and parents to make the teaching-learning process successful. Ms. Arundhati's teaching philosophy is " Reach before you teach" wherein she builds a relationship with learners to make them feel safe, secure, and important in the classroom. Arundhati focuses on learning new things and upgrading her skills and knowledge. She also believes in learning various art forms to keep her life more happening. She loves to paint, design her clothes, cook, and travel. Ms. Arundhati is confident, hardworking and her passion for teaching young learners has brought her so far.
