I’m a Calisthenics Coach, an Athlete, a Specialist in bodyweight strength training and traditional Indian tools like Gada and Mugdar. With a background in martial arts and sports, I’ve spent over 7+ years exploring strength and movement, coaching for the past 2 years.
I’m a certified Calisthenics Coach and internationally certified Yoga Teacher. I’ve developed a system that blends strength training and yoga to fit individual needs. Whether online or in person, I help people move better, feel stronger, and build a body that works for them.
