I am Anup, a dedicated fitness trainer with over 16 years of experience in guiding individuals toward their health and fitness goals. I hold K11 certification, along with B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, and a BA degree, equipping me with both theoretical and practical expertise in fitness training and physical education.

Throughout my career, I have worked in renowned gyms in Pune, including Solaris Gym, where I trained individuals with diverse fitness needs. Additionally, I have two years of experience at L&T as a fitness trainer and have worked with UrbanClap as a freelance instructor, helping clients achieve their fitness aspirations through personalized workout plans. My experience also extends to the education sector, where I served as a Physical Education teacher at Narayana e-Techno School, ensuring students developed a strong foundation in fitness and physical well-being.

I offer both online and offline training with session durations ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour. My fitness programs are practical and goal-oriented, tailored to meet individual requirements, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, flexibility, endurance, or overall wellness.

My training sessions are highly interactive and engaging, focusing on live workouts, functional training, strength conditioning, and customized exercise regimens. While I do not provide pre-recorded materials, my real-time guidance and motivation help clients stay disciplined and consistent with their fitness journey.

With my vast experience in personal training, gym workouts, and physical education, I am now looking to expand my freelance fitness training services, helping more individuals achieve a healthier and more active lifestyle.
