• We work for Mutual fund clients (Asset Management Co.) who are based in Ireland and our job is to perform hard core research in order to tally the accounting books of the client with the records of Custodian bank, we deal in various transactions which takes place in the investment patterns of different Funds (Mutual Fund Operations: - Cash and Position reconciliation).
• Managing risk associated with account in relation to FX’s, Trades, incomes and corporate actions.
• Validation, analysis & processing of incomes, maturities for fixed income securities.
• Working knowledge of SWAPS, Futures, Options, Corporate Action and Stock Lending.
• Ensure 0 claims and 100% Quality check is performed in relation to income repatriation to base currency through foreign exchange.
• Daily overdraft coding and monitoring, preparation of various reports and publishing MIS for the Client.
• Dealing with reconciliation issues, breaks and providing solution in co-ordination with Fund Accounting to ensure that all the high Impact exceptions are resolved in time for accurate calculation of NAV.
• Managing customer service operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
