And learning Yoga and Swimming worked wonders for me, now I am more calm and composed, for there is nothing greater than silence & a concious experience. I outgrew my shortcomings of anxious nature, incessant thoughts, restlessness, indecision. And here I am a practitioner myself to offer the same conscious experience to you.
