IdentityI have fourteen years of experience in the fitness industry and a certified K11 course in Master Trainer, my main motive is to provide the best fitness services to my clients. Throughout my career, I have worked in various gyms and fitness centres such as K11 gym floor, GT Fitness, PIE Fitness, Gym Life, Hip hop fitness club, and Fitness Pores, and I also have my gym centre called EPOC fitness club. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience from each of these places, which has helped me become the trainer I am today. The feedback I have received from my clients has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am proud of the results I have achieved for them.
Fitness has been a passion of mine ever since I was young, and I am fortunate enough to have turned that passion into a successful career. I specialise in providing Gym training and weight loss programs for clients of all ages. I offer practical training tailored to each client's needs, ensuring that they achieve their fitness goals in the most effective way possible.
In addition to providing practical training, I also offer counselling services to my clients. Mental and emotional well-being is just as important as physical fitness, and I work with my clients to ensure that they have a holistic approach to their health and wellness.
