IdentityThe class also required a lot of preparation. My typical lesson planning session would go something like this:
Look over my feedback sheets to decide what I was going to teach.
Run through the processes I was going to teach on my own device to see how it works and to try and identify trouble spots.
Do additional research to see if I missed any features that I would want to include.
I learned that teaching requires more than just reading notes out loud and guiding people through them. It requires reinforcement, seeking feedback, and a million other things that I had never thought of.
Personal attention to every student.
