Akshay Kshirsagar

Hi, I am Akshay Kshirsagar, a lawyer by profession. I am currently resident in Pune. I have completed my law in taxation and currently practicing in Direct and Indirect Taxation. I have worked in taxation for more than 4 years and wish to pursue the same area of practice in the future. My interest in taxation develop long back when I was studying B.B.A. I received notice from the IT department who alleged I have made the transaction of Rs 10 Lakhs in my account but haven't filed any return nor paid tax. I was afraid so contacted a local Chartered Accountant for a solution. But finally settled my case on my own, which indeed made me understand the process of notice. Further, I joined classes where I learned many other compliances and decided to pursue my career in taxation.
