I have teaching experience of 5 years as a tutor. My parents drove me to provide tutions till 10th standard when I myself was in 11th standard. I started it to keep my basic knowledge intermittently available to me.

But after my graduation I had to leave tutions as I was leaving for my MBA. My teaching knowledge helped me in MBA as I hosted many colloquiums in my University for varied parts of our subjects.

My major strengths are
1) Understanding the hurdles faced by the student while learning.
2) Maintaining Discipline in my environment and in my work.
3) I don't take teaching just a way to earn money or distribute knowledge but a way for me too, to learn new things. People may not think it as a strength but I consider it so. If my students learn this from me, there hunger for knowledge will never die.
4) My consistency and patience - I do not give up until and unless my students have understood the concept and try a new way to explain them everytime.
