Identity1) About:
Akanksha is a young and upcoming Bharatnatyam dancer with a vibrant and energetic stage presence that leaves a striking impression on her audiences. She is also a well versed folk and a bollywood dancer.
2) Training:
Akanksha has been learning Bharatnatyam(Tanjavur style) since the age of 6.
She successfully completed her Arangetram at the age of 14 under Guru Uttara Tulshibaugwale( disciple of Guru Dr Sucheta Chaphekar ).
Currently, she is assisting her Guru.
3) Examinations
1) She completed her B.A in Bharatnatyam from Tilak Maharashtra University, Pune in 2017
2) She has completed Visharad from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and is currently appearing for Alankar
4. Performances
1) She was a part of a production called Shishutirtha (based on Rabindranath Tagoreâ??s poem â??The Childâ??) and presented it in Kolkatta
2)She performed in the temple of Lord Rama situated in Tulshibaug, Pune on the occasion of Ramnavmi
3)She has won prizes in inter college dance competitions like Melange(organized by VIT, Pune)
