IdentityI did my BSc in Zoology from Fergusson college, Pune. My poetry book is published when I was 16. So I'm a poet, musician. Turned as a fitness instructor due some health issues. I've completed my diploma in yoga Instructor, masters in Yogshastra, Diploma in diet consultancy, Gym instructor and club management course and therapist course in naturopathy which involves massage, yoga, acupressure, physiotherapy, vibro massage etc.
I used to work in a well known gym as a gym trainer then I started personal training at home, right now I conduct batches online. My main focus is overall fitness, strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, agility, concentration, coordination and mental calmness.
